Early shares feature the final abundance of tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, beans, and sweet corn, while the season gradually transitions into crisp greens, winter squash, sweet root vegetables, onions, garlic, and the exceptional fall crops that make this time of year so special.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eWhy Fall?\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMany of our longtime members consider Fall our finest season. Warm days and cool nights produce sweeter carrots, richer winter squash, crisp brassicas, vibrant greens, and the last spectacular harvests of tomatoes and peppers.
