This vibrant, tangy white kimchi is made with our farm’s peak-season Napa cabbage and fermented using a recipe developed by Chef Danny Bowien—founder of Mission Chinese and a pioneer of bold, genre-defying flavors. Free of chili heat but full of complexity, it’s crisp, refreshing, and endlessly versatile. Enjoy it with rice, tucked into sandwiches, alongside grilled meats, or anywhere you’d use traditional kimchi.
