This bold, spicy kimchi is made with peak-season Napa cabbage from our farm and spiked with Korean gochugaru red pepper flakes for deep, smoky heat. Vibrant slices of purple and white daikon add crunch, color, and character. Developed with Chef Danny Bowien, it’s perfect for adding punch to rice bowls, stir-fries, soups, stews—or enjoying straight from the jar.
