The Holiday Table Box brings the best of our late-fall harvest straight from our Upstate New York fields to your festive table. Each box serves 4–6 and includes all the essentials for a chef-worthy holiday spread — perfect for Thanksgiving, Christmas, or any cozy gathering.

Inside you’ll find:
• 3 lb Brussels sprouts — sweet and nutty after the frost, ideal for roasting or pan-searing.
• 3 lb German Butterball potatoes — our favorite mashing potato for the creamiest texture.
• 3 lb Sweet Potatoes — dense, naturally sweet, and perfect for pies or casseroles.
• 3 lb mixed Root Vegetables — often including parsnips, carrots, celery root, and rutabaga — ready for a rustic roast that caramelizes beautifully in the oven.
• 1 Sweet Bea squash — part of the Honeynut family (rich, nutty, and honeyed) but in a larger, easier-to-handle form. Its size makes it far more efficient to prepare, delivering the same deep flavor without the extra time spent peeling and chopping multiple small squash.
• A trio of fresh herbs — perfect for seasoning, garnishing, or infusing classic holiday dishes with bright farm flavor.

Shipping Schedule:

We ship every Monday & Wednesday. The cutoff for Monday shipping is 12pm Friday. The cutoff for Wednesday shipping is 12pm Monday.
