We’re thrilled to partner with chef and celebrated cookbook author Natasha Pickowicz on a special collection of baked goods.
Using a mix of fresh and preserved produce from our farm, Natasha has created two delicious pies that celebrate the best of what we grow.
Natasha’s baking reflects her creativity, commitment to sustainability, and love of bold, seasonal flavors. Her debut cookbook, More Than Cake, was a James Beard Award finalist, and she’s known for her work at acclaimed New York City restaurants.

Sweet Bea Pie– An elevated take on pumpkin pie, made with Sweet Bea squash, a unique variety bred by plant breeder Michael Mazourek of Cornell University. Silky, spiced, and deeply comforting.
Savory Greens Pie – A hearty, flavorful pie filled with peak-season greens, sweet caramelized onions, creamy Yukon gold potatoes, and dotted with feta and Parmesan. All tucked into a flaky, lightly sugared crust made with regional whole grain flour, stone-milled at Brooklyn Granary & Mill.
