Wholesale Purchasing
We work with chefs, restaurants, and a select group of buyers who are interested in sourcing directly from the farm and cooking with what is being harvested at the moment.
Our wholesale program reflects the same approach that shapes our CSA and farmers markets: seasonal availability, variety-driven harvests, and vegetables grown with flavor and performance in the kitchen in mind. What we offer changes week to week and is determined by the fields, the season, and the realities of farming in the Northeast.
Our wholesale relationships are partnerships. We are not operating as a fixed catalog or year-round distributor—we are growing for kitchens that engage with the farm. That means communication goes both ways: we share what is coming out of the field, and our customers shape how that product is used. Menus evolve with the harvest, and, over time, crop planning is often informed by the needs of the kitchens we work with.
These relationships are built over time and shaped by availability, seasonality, and logistics. We prioritize long-term partnerships with kitchens that value flexibility, consistency over the course of a season, and a direct connection to the farm.
