Farm Update
We are sharing this update to explain a recent fire that destroyed our main operations barn. Thankfully, no one was injured. The barn housed essential systems for washing, packing, storage, and day-to-day coordination, and its loss has created short-term operational challenges.
Current Status
We are continuing to harvest and distribute vegetables on a limited basis while temporary infrastructure is put in place. Some workflows have shifted to greenhouses and other available spaces as we work through immediate needs and longer-term plans with our insurance provider and local officials.
Temporary Infrastructure
In the short term, several empty trailers are being wired for power and water so they can function as temporary workspaces. These are helping us regain basic capacity for washing, packing, storage, and coordination while permanent solutions are planned.
Community Support
Many people have asked how they can help. A community-organized fundraiser has been created to support short-term recovery costs while we continue working through insurance and rebuilding logistics.
We will update this page as operations stabilize and next steps become clearer.
We’re grateful for the many messages of support, offers of help, and patience we’ve received as we work through this disruption.
The care shown by our community has meant a great deal to our team.
Thank you!
