Refund policy

Freshness Guarantee & Returns

  • Because our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns.
  • If your order arrives in less-than-ideal condition, please:
    1. Take clear photos of the box and its contents.
    2. Email the images to orders@norwichmeadowsfarm.com before 6:00 PM on the day of delivery.
  • We’re unable to address concerns reported after this deadline or without photo documentation.
  • Determination of quality issues is at our discretion. If approved, we may offer a refund or send a replacement.

Shipping Schedule

  • Shipping Schedule

  • We ship orders every Monday and Wednesday via FedEx for peak freshness.

  • Cutoff times:
    • Friday at 12 PM for Monday shipping
    • Monday at 12 PM for Wednesday shipping

  • Orders placed after the cutoff will ship on the next available shipping day.

  • If a holiday falls on a Monday, shipping will move to Wednesday that week.

    • We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

     

Delivery

  • All perishable items are packed with insulation and gel packs to help maintain quality during transit.
  • FedEx delivers directly to the shipping address provided. If no one is home and FedEx confirms delivery, we cannot guarantee freshness.
  • To ensure the best quality, we recommend shipping to a location where someone can receive the package.
  • If FedEx is unable to access your property for delivery—for example, due to a gated community or other access restrictions—we are not responsible for undelivered packages.
  • Tracking information will be emailed when your order ships—please monitor it so you’re ready for delivery.

Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by FedEx, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or packages left unattended after delivery.
  • All products are sold on a “Not for Resale” basis.
