Just 10 miles from our farm, SOVA Farms is nestled in the rolling hills of Norwich, New York. The land — once part of the Underground Railroad — is now home to a small, family-run farm committed to humane, sustainable, and organic practices.

Founded by Rose and Ed, SOVA stands for Stewards of Vast Abundance. Their mission is to care for the soil, raise animals with compassion, and nourish people with integrity. Their organic broiler and heritage chickens are raised on pasture with the highest standards.
