This small-batch heirloom tomato pasta is a collaboration between Norwich Meadows Farm and Chef Riccardo Orfino of New York City favorites Travelers Poets & Friends, Alice, and Osteria 57. It’s crafted to capture the concentrated sweetness and gentle acidity of peak-season tomatoes in a pasta you can enjoy year-round.
Chef Riccardo uses our heirloom tomato varieties—including Canistrino, Piennolo, Oxheart, and Speckled Roman, similar to those featured in our Heirloom Tomato Sauce Collection. These tomatoes were chosen for their dense flesh, low moisture, and naturally rich flavor, allowing the pasta itself to carry a deep, concentrated tomato taste even before any sauce is added.
The result is a pantry staple that brings chef-level flavor to weeknight cooking: a tomato-forward pasta that turns even the simplest preparation into something special.
