The Asian Harvest Box

The Asian Harvest Box features a curated selection of 5–8 seasonal vegetables grown from seed varieties rooted in Asian culinary traditions. This well-rounded assortment celebrates both beloved classics and new introductions that reflect the rich agricultural heritage of Asia.

A cornerstone of this box is our ongoing collaboration with Tokita Seeds, our primary partner in Japanese seed breeding and variety trials. Through the Oishii Nippon Project, we work together to bring vegetables bred for exceptional flavor, beauty, and authenticity to American soil. Some of this season’s new trial varieties may be featured, offering a glimpse into the next generation of specialty crops.

In addition to Japanese favorites, the box also includes vegetables that are essential to the cuisines of China, Korea, and beyond — such as Napa cabbage, Kailaan, Pac Choi, Celtuse, and Mizuna — offering a vibrant cross-section of Asia’s most distinctive and flavorful greens.
