Everything is made in small batches using seasonal harvests. When a batch is gone, it may not return until the crop—or the season—comes back around.

Yes. Pantry items are made from the same certified organic vegetables we grow for New York City chefs and farmers market customers, preserved at peak season.

Some products are made in collaboration with chefs we work closely with, while others are developed entirely in our own kitchen. Each reflects the same focus on flavor, balance, and seasonality.

Ramps are harvested for only a few weeks each spring. When available, we preserve them so they can be enjoyed beyond the season—look for pickled ramps or ramp-based items when they’re in stock.
