Each collection includes 4–7 extraordinary organic specialty & heirloom cucumber varieties from around the world, harvested at their peak and shipped overnight directly from our farm. Whenever available, we'll also include a small selection of fresh herbs harvested that day to inspire salads, yogurt sauces, and other summer preparations.

Whether you're hosting a backyard barbecue, summer dinner party, or simply sharing a meal with friends, it's a delicious conversation starter—and a reminder that even the most familiar vegetables can still surprise us.

Occasional Trial Selections

Depending on the week's harvest, your collection may include an experimental cucumber that is still being evaluated in our fields and has not yet been released commercially. These rare additions offer a unique opportunity to experience the next generation of exceptional cucumbers before they're available to the public.

Turn It Into a Blind Tasting

For even more fun, slice the cucumbers into bite-sized pieces and number each variety without telling your guests what they're tasting. Have everyone vote for their favorites before revealing where each cucumber came from. You'll be surprised how different they are—and how often people's favorite comes from a variety they've never heard of.

Serve with flaky sea salt, good olive oil, labneh, hummus, yogurt, or the fresh herbs included with your collection. You'll quickly discover that no two heirloom cucumbers taste quite the same.

Complimentary Fresh Herbs

Whenever available, we'll include a small selection of freshly harvested herbs to accompany your tasting. Depending on the season, your collection may include Bush Basil, Lemon Basil, Dill, Summer Savory, Mint, Shiso, or other aromatic herbs so you can discover how different herbs complement each cucumber's unique flavor.
