An assortment of peak-season heirloom tomatoes, hand-selected by Farmer Zaid for flavor and character — cherry to slicer, in red, yellow, orange, green, purple, pink, striped, and multicolor varieties.

Fresh tomatoes for eating and cooking. We do not sell seeds or plants.

What's in the Box

Around 5 pounds of mixed organic tomatoes, picked at their peak that week. A box may include:

• Large heirloom slicing tomatoes
• Medium salad tomatoes
• Plum and paste tomatoes
• Cherry and cocktail tomatoes
• Striped, ribbed, pear-shaped, and other specialty varieties

Since tomatoes are picked ripe, the exact mix changes box to box and week to week — that's part of eating with the season.

Small cracks, irregular shapes, or cosmetic marks are normal on heirlooms and don't affect flavor.

How to Use Them

• Slice and serve with flaky salt and olive oil
• Tomato salad with basil, cucumbers, and fresh cheese
• Cherry tomatoes in pasta, grain bowls, or composed salads
• Thick slices on sandwiches, toast, or burgers
• Roasted, to concentrate sweetness
• Softer, extra-ripe tomatoes for sauce, gazpacho, or vinaigrette
• Paired with mozzarella, burrata, feta, or aged cheeses

Storage

Room temperature, out of direct sun — don't refrigerate until fully ripe. Eat the softest tomatoes first; let firmer ones finish ripening on the counter.

• Order by Sunday at 12 PM EST → Ships Wednesday
If a delivery date falls on a holiday, your box will arrive on the next available business day.
