Pickled Ramps — Ethically Foraged
Our Pickled Ramps are made from wild ramps gathered in the wooded areas around our farm in Chenango County, New York. These spring delicacies are harvested with strict sustainable practices — we take only a small portion from each patch so the plants can naturally regenerate.
These ramps are part of our broader seasonal foraging work around Norwich and Chenango County. When available, we also offer fresh foraged ramps by the case and leaf-only cuts: Fresh Foraged Ramps.
The result is a seasonal, responsibly harvested product you can enjoy long after ramp season ends.
Each jar is filled with crisp, bright pickled ramp bulbs that deliver a sweet-tart finish and a bold, garlicky wild-leek flavor. They’re a favorite among chefs and home cooks alike.
Ingredients:
Foraged ramps, rice wine vinegar, water, cane sugar*, sea salt, black peppercorns, coriander seeds
*Organic
