A reinvention of Natasha’s cult-classic Greens Pie: Tender seasonal greens and caramelized onions are dotted with feta and Parmesan cheese and piled over a secret core of creamy potatoes. The vegetables are tucked into an all-butter flaky pie crust, made by hand with regional whole grain flour stone-milled at Brooklyn Granary & Mill. Add a big salad, top it with an egg, pack it into a picnic—it’s the perfect handheld meal.

Feeds approximately 8-10.

Best within three days; keep refrigerated.
