A twist on the classic Pumpkin Pie, featuring Sweet Bea, a winter squash bred by Michael Mazourek of Cornell University. Sweet Bea is part of the Honeynut squash family but larger in size—making it ideal for baking—while retaining the same rich, sweet flavor profile. Natasha’s plush squash custard is rich with local maple syrup, fresh ginger, and Burlap & Barrel spices like black cardamom. It’s the perfect pairing to the golden, all-butter flaky pie crust, made by hand with regional whole grain flour stone-milled at Brooklyn Granary & Mill—just add whipped cream.

Best within three days; keep refrigerated.
