What’s in a Farm Box
Seasonal selections
Each Farm Box reflects what is tasting best in our fields at the time of harvest. Contents change naturally through the year—from ramps and early greens in spring, to tomatoes and sweet corn in summer, to storage roots and hardy greens in winter. We pack based on flavor and readiness, not uniformity or expectation. If our cherry tomatoes are tasting better than the beefsteaks, you’ll receive cherry tomatoes. If the first corn of the season doesn’t meet our standards, you’ll have to wait until it does. You won’t find tomatoes in a box shipped in February, and you won’t receive vegetables we don’t feel confident standing behind.
Chef-driven packing
There is no fixed list and no substitutions. Each box is packed using the same produce we harvest and deliver to the Michelin-star restaurants and professional kitchens we work with—vegetables that built our reputation over decades of growing for chefs. What goes into your box is what we believe represents our farm at its best that week. We also share a weekly breakdown of box contents so customers can see what’s in the box for the upcoming ship week .

A Single Farm, Not a Marketplace
Every vegetable we ship comes from one place: our fields in upstate New York. We don’t source from multiple farms or outside vendors. What you receive is grown, harvested, and packed by the same team, working from the same fields.
That continuity matters. The people planting the crops are the same ones deciding when a variety is truly ready to harvest, which lots are tasting their best, and what we feel confident shipping. Flavor, seasonality, and judgment guide those decisions.
This is the same produce we pack into our farm boxes , using the same standards we apply to our chef accounts.
