The same rare organic vegetables, herbs, and specialty produce we grow for Michelin-starred restaurants—selected each week for adventurous home cooks.

The Chef’s Box brings together the most distinctive vegetables growing on our farm each week. We grow everything in the box ourselves. Expect baby vegetables, heirloom lettuces, Italian chicories, edible flowers, specialty peppers, unusual herbs, and experimental varieties rarely available outside restaurant kitchens.

Some selections are so new or unusual that they have not yet reached commercial seed catalogs.

• Rare organic vegetables grown on our farm for flavor and culinary quality
• Harvested to order, with overnight transit after dispatch
• A seasonal selection that changes throughout the year

Available in two sizes:

• Standard: Typically a week’s vegetables for 2 vegetable-forward eaters, or sides for multiple meals throughout the week.
• Large: Typically a week’s vegetables for 4 vegetable-forward eaters, or sides for a larger household throughout the week.

What’s in the Box

Every Chef’s Box is different. We harvest what is at its peak each week—from trial varieties and heirlooms to seasonal specialties and chef favorites. The selection changes as new crops come into season, so each delivery offers something new to discover.

Contents and quantities vary seasonally. Everything is grown by us and selected from what’s at its best in our fields.

Shipping & Delivery

Ships nationwide, with overnight transit after dispatch.
Choose your preferred available delivery date at checkout. Overnight refers to shipping time after your box leaves the farm.

Shipping Schedule:
• Order by Thursday at noon Eastern Time → Ships Monday
• Order by Sunday at noon Eastern Time → Ships Wednesday

If a delivery date falls on a holiday, your box will arrive on the next available business day.
