Sweetest Italian Pepper — 1.8 oz

Made from Gemelli Mazinna, a newly developed pepper variety bred at Cornell University's plant breeders Michael Mazourek and Gregor Inzinna, and grown exclusively on our farm. Selected for flavor intensity and natural sweetness, it offers exceptional clarity without bitterness or heat. 

For chefs, it functions as a finishing spice that adds sweetness and color without altering heat balance. Use to season roasted vegetables, grilled meats, seafood, vinaigrettes, compound butters, broths, and sauces.

Tasting notes include candy apple, roasted tomato, and subtle fruit sweetness — adding gentle color and depth wherever it’s used.

Jimmy Nardello Pepper Flakes — 0.9 oz

Crafted from our signature Jimmy Nardello–type peppers, these flakes are bright, delicate, and naturally sweet — with no bitterness and no heat. Tasting notes of candy apple, roasted tomato, and subtle fruitiness.
