• 1 Sweet Bea squash — part of the Honeynut family (rich, nutty, and honeyed) but in a larger, easier-to-handle form. Its size makes it far more efficient to prepare, delivering the same deep flavor without the extra time spent peeling and chopping multiple small squash.
