The same rare vegetables, herbs, and specialty produce we grow for Michelin-starred restaurants—curated each week for adventurous home cooks.

The Chef’s Box brings together the most distinctive vegetables growing on our farm each week. Expect baby vegetables, heirloom lettuces, Italian chicories, edible flowers, specialty peppers, unusual herbs, and experimental varieties rarely available outside restaurant kitchens.

Some selections are so new or unusual that they have not yet reached commercial seed catalogs.

• Standard: A generous weekly box for adventurous home cooks.

Every Chef’s Box is different. We harvest what is at its peak each week—from trial varieties and heirlooms to seasonal specialties and chef favorites. The selection changes as new crops come into season, so each delivery offers something new to discover.

Shipping & Delivery

Ships nationwide via overnight delivery.
Choose your preferred delivery date at checkout.

Order Deadlines:
- Order by Friday at 12 PM EST → Tuesday delivery
- Order by Monday at 12 PM EST → Thursday delivery

If a delivery date falls on a holiday, your box will arrive on the next available business day.
