This special fall box brings together the bold, beautiful flavors of Italy’s most treasured greens — freshly harvested from our fields and shipped directly to you. Each box includes ~5 lbs of assorted chicories and radicchios, a seasonal mix that may feature Puntarelle, Escarole, Treviso, Indigo, Castelfranco, Frisée, Sugarloaf, and other varieties depending on the week’s harvest.

Chicories are beloved for their striking colors, crunchy texture, and balance of bitterness and sweetness. From deep burgundy leaves to speckled and frilly heads, each type has its own character: some tender and delicate, others crisp and hearty.
