The Potato Tasting Box features four distinctive potato varieties selected from our current harvest. Each variety is packed and labeled separately, making it easy to compare differences in color, flavor, texture, and cooking qualities.

The assortment changes throughout the season and may include Upstate Abundance, Adirondack Blue, Adirondack Red, Amarosa, German Butterball, La Ratte, Magic Molly, Pinto Gold, and other specialty varieties grown on our farm.

What’s Included

Each box contains approximately 8 lb of potatoes across four varieties, packed and labeled separately so you can compare their flavor, color, and texture.

We select the assortment from what is being harvested—some varieties may be creamy and waxy, while others are fluffy, earthy, or buttery. Use them for roasting, boiling, frying, mashing, potato salads, or your own side-by-side tasting.

Varieties and quantities change with the harvest.

We ship all produce via overnight delivery nationwide.
At checkout, please select your preferred delivery date.

Order Deadlines:
• Order by Thursday at 12 PM EST → Tuesday delivery
• Order by Sunday at 12 PM EST → Thursday delivery

If a delivery date falls on a holiday, your box will arrive on the next available business day.
