Every week features a different selection of the most distinctive vegetables growing on our farm. Depending on the season, you may find baby vegetables, heirloom lettuces, Italian chicories, specialty peppers, unusual herbs, edible flowers, Asian vegetables, trial varieties, and other crops rarely found outside top restaurants.
Probably not—and that's part of the experience. Many of the vegetables we grow are uncommon heirlooms, regional specialties, or newly developed varieties selected for exceptional flavor.

- Our farm is certified by NOFA-NY (Northeast Organic Farming Association of New York), an accredited USDA organic certifying agency.
- We follow strict organic growing practices and are inspected annually to maintain our certification.
- Every vegetable, herb, and fruit we grow is produced in accordance with USDA Organic standards.
We harvest to order whenever possible. Your vegetables are picked, packed at our farm in Norwich, New York, and shipped overnight so they arrive with exceptional freshness and quality.
All Chef's Harvest Boxes ship via overnight delivery nationwide. At checkout, simply choose your preferred delivery date. Orders are harvested, packed, and shipped directly from our farm—there are no warehouses or distributors in between.
